Our goal is to help our Wobblers families as much as we can.  Throughout the year we may have additional funds available to use for financial aid for medical procedures or therapies for our #TeamCaptain Wobblers.  Please complete the application for financial aid and let us know your story.  

 

Please note - At this time, we are only able to issue financial aid payments within the United States. All financial aid payments from Captain's Salute are made directly to the veterinary care provider and not to the applicant.
